REX IT560N problem

Hi all, sorry for writing in English, hope anybody could read and answer in English or I can try to use Google tranlate if you understand questions in English and answer in Italian.

I've bought apartments with REX IT560N installed. This is in Russia and I haven't found any local link to this machine. I've found only your forum where this machine is discussed time to time.

There is a problem with this IT560N, it hangs somewhere in its program, continuously flowing cold water through it (at least it looks so). My wife is asking to scrap it and buy the new one however it is interesting to me to try to fix the problem myself.

The heater has normal 26 Ohm resistance, overheat thermostat is normally closed (ON) connecting the heater to the timer, two regulating thermostats are normally open (OFF). I've checked both regulating thermostats by heating them externally, both became closed (switched ON) at some higher temperature. I measured the voltage on the heater during work and see 0V, i.e.the timer doesn't send 220V to heater at all and I need some ideas why that could be (maybe it's too early in the program for heater to be on, maybe something is blocking it). As I never saw it working I don't know at which state of the timer it hangs, I can make some photos of green rotating timer spindle (or count ticks where it hangs). I've checked 2 blue U-tubes and they are clean enough, although I'm not sure how clean is the place under them. I need some ideas why it hangs in the program. If I press 2 most right buttons it successfully resets and finishes its program. Also it would be nice to have a wiring diagram, a description of program steps (it looks that the timer have 48 program steps) or at least a description of wire colors.

Well, the problem seems to be solved. It was because output pipeline was placed too low after some machine movement. So the water just could not stop inside the machine. Not it seems to work OK. Anyway if someone has a wiring diagram with wire colors it would be nice to have it for the future.
