something strange is hapening

When I start my Immergas ZeusMaior sometimes he work properly. Sometimes he start to heat the house and then it stops. sometimes he he doesn t start heating and then I turn it of and turn it on again and he start to work but then it can hapend everithing that I wrote already or nothing. I change NTC sensor and nothing hapend. i didn t solve the problem.

I woould like to now is anybody have a same problem as I did and if he have how did he solve it.

We need more details to understand, for example:

is there a thermostat connected to immergas,

water in the radiator circuit is ok?

Some led is  lightining when it's out of work?

Did you check water pump?
