Stringa per avviare programma in windows 10

Ciao,volevo sapere se qualcuno mi poteva dare una dritta sull'avvio di un programma .exe tramite file .bat.

Vorrei aprire / chiudere questo file .bat tramite le operazioni pianificate di windows 10.

Chi mi riesce a dire cosa scrivere in questo file eseguendo le operazioni come Amministratore ,questo è fondamentale .
