inverter powerFlex 4M, tensione in uscita

un  saluto  a  tutti, mi  spiegate  come  e  possibile  che  la  tensione  di  uscita  dell'inverter  segna  una  tensione  di  50/60 volt  alternata? mi  spiego  meglio: alimentazione  a  monte  400V ( L1-L2-L3 ) la  tensione  in  uscita ( U-V-W ) va  a  monte  di  due  salvamotori  che  alimentano  due  ventilatori  ( funzionamento  simultaneo ) in  una  centrale  termica, i  ventilatori  funzionano, o  controllato  la  tensione  sia  con  un  tester  e  anche  con  una  pinza  amperometrica, il  valore  sempre  uguale, grazie  a  tutti.

Penso che a quelle frequenze un semplice multimetro non farà mai misure affidabili
