La 3V3 st-by dovresti averla visto che per avere il ritorno di un'anomalia il micro deve funzionare. Prova a staccare l'alimentatore e prova a dare il power-on tramite una resistenza da 1k sul 3v3 St-by e misura le tensioni sul connettore e guarda che ti manca.
