Salve. La mia tv Telefunken TE43292S31Y2P 10119822

dopo un aggiornamento software non si è mai riaccesa, rimane il led d'accensione lampeggiante. Come posso ripristinarlo?

Ho trovato il messaggio vuoi aggiornare ho dato conferma e il risultato led rosso lampeggiante. Come risolvere? Non trovo il firmware su internet da nessuna parte.
