Hmi fault error -10

anyone . me please. I am getting error 10 system file corrupted. I try to copy the system file but still same error.hmi modle ns10-tv00-v1. I copy the file from cx one 4.6. I see the file in os name v2. My old hardware version was 3.10. Can anyone . me the right procedure. I am suffering with this issue
