Why does anyone use Zelio/PICO over Micro800? It’s superior and price isn’t different?

I’ve used all three as the plant I just took over used pico then “upgraded” to Zelio and I’ve been replacing them all with Micro800 series. They already use Powerflex devices throughout but didn’t use ccw or even drive explorer (older crew) I just wonder why they are even a thing? The cost isn’t that much for a Micro810 and functionality with ccw is far superior to ZelioSoft and PIcOSoft. More than one line of logic, structures text, hmi editor, not limited to timers or counters or even lines of program. Modular. Can someone . me understand?
