Buongiorno a tutti, per prima cosa saluto tutti in quanto nuovo del forum.

 

Ho appena acquistato un TV led Panasonic mod TX-40dx730E e vorrei fare un hard reset per reimpostarlo come alla prima accensione (eliminando quindi tutti i parametri in modo definitivo).

Ho provato con la procedura indicata nel manuale, ossia :

setup, system, dati di fabbrica ma ha semplicemente cancellato le imostazioni del colore ed i canali e niente altro.

Ho provato anche tenendo premuto il pulsante menu del telecomando ed il tasto volume - sul televisore ma anche in questo caso ha cancellato solamente i canali e le impostazioni di colore, retroilluminazione ecc ma non ha cancellato per esempio tutti i settaggi dell'HDD per la registrazione oppure i settaggi di vusualizzazione dello schermo (720i, 720p, 108i, 108p ecc questi sono rimasti come quando li ho impostati al primmo avvio):

 

Ho provato a telefonare alla Panasonic ma nulla, mi hanno dato la procedura del manuale, ho provato a contattare un centro assistenza ma nulla non comunicano la procedura per un reset completo del tv, devo portarli li di persona e lasciarlo li una setimana.

 

Volevo quindi chiedere se qualcuno conosce la procedura per fare un hard reset del tv.

Ripristino di default si fa in service mode.

ma se il tv e' nuovo perche' devi fare l'hard reset ? Era forse in esposizione ?

LCD Panel Test Mode
Purpose
To find the possible failure point where in LCD Panel or Printed Circuit Board when the abnormal picture is displayed.
How to Enter
While pressing [VOLUME ( - )] button of the main unit, press [YELLOW] button of the remote control three times.
How to Exit
Switch off the power with the [POWER] button on the main unit or the [POWER] button on the remote control.
How to confirm
If the abnormal picture is displayed, go into LCD Panel test mode to display the several test patterns.
And then, judge by the following method.
Still abnormal picture is displayed: The cause must be in LCD Panel.
Normal picture is displayed: The cause must be in A board.
Remarks
The test pattern is created by the circuit in LCD Panel.
In LCD Panel test mode, this test pattern is displayed unaffected by signal processing for RF or input signal.
If the normal picture is displayed, LCD Panel must be okay and the cause of failure must be in A board.
Service Mode Function
MPU controls the functions switching for each IICs through IIC bus in this chassis. The following setting and adjustment can
be adjusted by remote control in Service Menu
How to enter into Service Mode
While pressing [VOLUME ( - )] button on the main unit, press the [RED] button on the remote control for 3 times within 2 seconds.
How to exit
Switch off the power with the [POWER] button on the main unit or the [POWER] button on the remote control.

Key Command
# Press the 3/4 button to change the adjustment values or function.
# Press the 1/2 button to step up/down through the functions and adjustments
# Press the numerical button VOLUME (+/-) to change of each option item.
# Press the OK button after each adjustment has been made to store the required values.

Service Tool Mode
How to access
1. Select [SRV-TOOL] in Service Mode.
2. Press [OK] button on the remote control.

Display of SOS History
SOS History (Number of LED blinking) indication.
From left side; Last SOS, before Last, three occurrence before, 2nd occurrence after shipment, 1st occurrence after shipment.
This indication will be cleared by [Self/check indication and forced to factory shipment setting].
Power ON Time, On/Off
Note: To display TIME/COUNT menu, highlight position, then press MUTE for 3sec.
Time: Cumulative power on time, indicated hour: minute by decimal.
On/Off: Number of On/Off switching by decimal.
Note: This indication will not be cleared by either of the self-checks or any other command.
Exit
Disconnect the AC cord from wall outlet or switch off the power with [Power] button on the main unit.

Hotel Mode
Access command to the Hotel mode setup menu. In order to display the Hotel mode setup menu, please enter the following command (within 2 second). [TV] : Vol.[Down] + [REMOTE] : AV (3 times)

To exit the “Hotel mode”: Switch off the power with the [POWER] button on the main unit or the [POWER] button on the remote control.

Data Copy by USB Memory

 

Preparation
Make pwd file as startup file for (a) or (b) in an empty USB Memory.
1. Insert an empty USB Memory to your PC.
2. Right-click a blank area in a USB Memory window, point to New, and then click text document. A new file is created
by default (New Text Document.txt).
3. Right-click the new text document that you just created and select rename, and then change the name and
extension of the file to the following file name (a) or (b) and press ENTER.
File name:
(a) For Board replacement: boardreplace.pwd
(b) For Hotel: hotel.pwd
Note:
Please make only one file to prevent the operation error.
No any other file should be in USB Memory.

Data Copy from TV set to USB Memory
1. Turn on the TV set.
2. Insert USB Memory with a startup file (pwd file) to USB Terminal.
On-screen Display will be appeared according to the startup file automatically.
3. Input a following password for (a) or (b) by using remote control.
(a) For Board replacement: 2770
(b) For Hotel: 4850
Data will be copied from TV set to USB Memory.
It takes around 2 to 6 minutes maximum for copying.
4. After the completion of copying to USB Memory, remove USB Memory from TV set.
5. Turn off the TV set.
Note:
Following new folder will be created in USB Memory for data from TV set.
(a) For Board replacement: user_setup
(b) For Hotel: hotel

Data Copy from USB Memory to TV set
1. Turn on the TV set.
2. Insert USB Memory with Data to USB Terminal.
On-screen Display will be appeared according to the Data folder automatically.
3. Input a following password for (a) or (b) by using remote control.
(a) For Board replacement: 2771
(b) For Hotel: 4851
Data will be copied from USB Memory to TV set.
4. After the completion of copying to USB Memory, remove USB Memory from TV set.
(a) For Board replacement: Data will be deleted after copying (Limited one copy).
(b) For Hotel: Data will not be deleted and can be used for other TVs.
5. Turn off the TV set.
Note:
1. Depending on the failure of boards, function of Data for board replacement does not work.
2. This function can be effective among the same model numbers.

Self Check
How to access
Self-check indication only:
While pressing [VOLUME ( - )] button on the main unit, press [OK] button on the remote control.
Self-check indication and forced to factory shipment setting:
While pressing [VOLUME ( - )] button on the main unit, press [MENU] button on the remote control for more than 3 seconds.
How to exit
Switch off the power with the [POWER] button on the main unit.

Power LED blinking codes
When abnormality has occurred the unit, the protection circuit operates and reset to the stand by mode. At this time, the defective block can be identified by number of blinking of the Power LED on the front panel of the unit.

Purtroppo non conosco l'inglese, quindi esiste una procedura scritta in italiano?

 

Ho già provato con il pulsante del menu su telecomando e pulsante volume - sul televisore ma non esegue un reset completo, resetta solo canali ed impostazioni tipo colore, contrasto ecc.

 

Inoltre su questo tv 4K non riesco a cambiare il formato dello schermo (per capirci nell'altro tv samsung posso impostare il formato del video da i a p ossia da 720i a 720p, da 1080i a 1080p il samsung è solo full hd).

Su questo panasonic quando guardo la tv e premo info mi dice 1080i (ed è giusto visto che le trasmissioni tv sono in formato interlacciato e non progressivo) ma sul samsung posso comunque cambiare il formato ed impostare 1080p. Qui invece non esiste nessuna voce che mi permette di cambiare il formato, su ogni cosa che vedo (tv, file multimediale ecc mi dice 1080i.

 

Mi ricordo che quando l'ho accesa la prima volta, solo in quell'occasione poi non è più apparso, mi è stato chiesto di impostare il formato dello schermo tra Auto, 1080i e 1080p ed io per errore ho impostato 1080i. Ho provato a cercare nelle varie voci se vi era la possibilità di cambiare il formato ma non esiste nessuna voce, come nel samsung, dove posso cambiare tale formato.

 

Il centro assistenza panasonic non sa neppure che differenza ci sia tra 1080i e 1080p.

 

Ecco perchè voglio fare un hard reset, per riportare il tv esattamente con i dati di fabbrica ed impostare formato su Auto o 1080p.

 

Con ripristino di default e combinazione pulsanti menù e volume si cancella solamente canali ed impostazioni dell'immagine, ma non si fa un reset completo del televisore.

TIENI PREMUTO IL PULSANTE "VOLUME -" SUL TV e PREMI IL PULSANTE "ROSSO" SUL TELECOMANDO 3 VOLTE IN 2 SECONDI.

Individua la voce RESET o similare e premi OK infine esci dal service menù premendo il tasto POWER (accensione e spegnimento tv).

ho provato ma nulla da fare.

Ho provato con tv accesa:

tasto volume - sul tv e premuto tasto rosso telecomando x 3 volte in 2 secondi = NULLA ( appare una schermata blu in sovraimpressione ma nessun menu, solo una schermata blu e basta e sotto si sente la tv poi basta premere return sul telecomando e ritorna la schermata normale del tv).

Ho provato con tv spenta (stand by)

tasto volume - sul TV e premuto tasto rosso telecomando x 3 volte in 2 secondi = NULLA (qui non succede proprio nulla).

 

Inizio a pensare che forse era meglio comprare un altra samsung, questa panasoni mi sembra proprio una fregatura, di certo non la consiglerò a nessuno.

rifai la procedura con queste sequenze

1° metodo - mentre si tiene premuto "VOL -" sul TV, premere sul telecomando tre volte "INFO" 

2° metodo - mentre si tiene premuto "VOL -" sul TV, premere sul telecomando tre volte "0" 

3° metodo - mentre si tiene premuto "VOL -" sul TV, premere sul telecomando tre volte RECALL 

 

INFO = tasto i .... (vicino allo 0)
Recall = tasto N .... (vicino al tasto ASPECT)

il tasto -/V lo trovi sullo sportellino (in basso frontale) del TV sotto la scritta centrale, "PANASONIC"

scusa se ti disturbo ma nulla da fare, con quella sequenza non succede assolutamente nulla.

Io ho una tv lcd TX-40DX730E nella mia tv e telecomando non esiste nessun sportellino e tasto N .

il tasto volume - sulla tua tv dovrebbe essere laterale  però la procedura è quella

nulla da fare.

Abbiamo provato tutte le soluzioni indicate ma nulla da fare.

Quindi, visto che la tv è in garanzia, ho deciso di portarla al centro assistenza per fargli un reset completo.

 

Sinceramente non comprerò mai più un tv panasonic, mille volte meglio il samsung che dal suo bel menu fa un reset completo senza dover ricorrere al centro assistenza.
