how snap7 to use the offset contains point

Hi,i'm very glad to use snap7 to manager S7 PLC's data.now i can use cli_DBRead to read the data and use cli_DBWrite to write some data to plc.Now i have one question to use this

 

the prama of the cli_DBRead and cli_DBWrite ---> Offset to start is a int,just can use1.0  or  2.0 ... etc but sometime the DB offset is  123.3 ...etc.how can i use this ?
 

 

so what can i use cli_DBWrite or cli_DBRead to the offset contains point ?  thanks a lot lot lot !1!
